    Administrative Boundaries are provided by Ordnance Survey and display Local Authority Boundaries, County Councils and Greater London Authority Boundaries and Parish and Community Boundaries. Knowing the location of administrative boundaries and which constituency a site falls into allows you to identify which local authority and councilors are responsible for planning strategies in that area.

    Local Authority Boundaries – Full UK coverage including District councils, London Borough councils, Metropolitan District councils and Unitary authorities, sourced from the OS Boundary Line district borough unitary data set.

    County Boundaries – Defines England's County Council areas and the Greater London Authority boundary and is sourced from the OS Boundary Line county data set.

    Parish Boundaries – Sourced from the OS Boundary Line Parish data set, Civil Parishes (England) and Communities (Wales) are defined which are divisions of Districts (themselves divisions of Counties), or divisions of Unitary Authorities or Metropolitan Districts where appropriate.
